Refund and Returns Policy

For information regarding our returns policy, please refer to the details provided below.

 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Rclawnmowers for any reason, we are pleased to offer a convenient refund for all online purchases, excluding applicable shipping and/or restocking fees.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products meet the following criteria

  • They are in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition.
  •  They are in the original box and include all packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Products returned to the wrong address may be refused, delaying your credit, which typically takes 2-3 weeks to process. Please “Contact Us” if you have additional questions.

Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection by Rclawnmowers personnel to assess potential use, misuse, missing components, damage, or abuse. Refunds may be denied or only partial credit is given if the return fails the inspection.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases where Rclawnmowers made an error in shipment or if the item is damaged and a refund is granted. Otherwise, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges, except in cases of damage or defects. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as Rclawnmowers cannot provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is not available. 

How many days you get the refund

We’ll refund you via international wire transfer through Swift to your specified bank account. You should receive the refund within 10-15 business days. To ensure timely receipt of your refund or compensation, please provide accurate account information.
